Student ID number
the database you are trying to access
problems you are experiencing (what happens when you try to login) -- this really helps me troubleshoot!

Military Students!

All Pierce Student ID Number are nine digits long and usually begin "925......"
Although you are given an ID that includes letters from your name (i.e. LOLS001212), this is just your WebCT login and will not work for accessing these databases. All you need to do is preceed the six numbers of your WebCT login with "925".

Example:

Student Number: 925001212
Last name: olson
