VA Benefits, Financial Aid and Self-Pay

Register

Before registering, students using VA Benefits must have their benefits setup with the VA Education Benefits office. Students using financial aid must have their aid awarded for the upcoming term. Self-pay students (check, debit/credit, money order) must have payment at the time of registration.

Self-pay students may set up a Fee Installment Plan with a member of the fiscal team. For more information please call (253) 964-6567 or (253) 964-6606.

  1. Download a Pierce College at JBLM registration form.
  2. Complete the Pierce College registration form in its entirety.
    1. 
Use the Pierce College at JBLM schedule to locate item numbers and course information for the course(s) you would like to take.
    2. Use the Tuition and Fees Chart to calculate the cost of course(s).

    3. Be sure to include a handwritten signature on the form as an electronic signature (including fonts that look like handwriting) are not accepted and will delay processing.
  3. Choose one of three options to submit registration form:

For those who already have access to the installation, bring in your completed registration form to either office at the Stone or McChord Education Centers.

    2. OR email your form to JBLMRegistration@pierce.ctc.edu.

    3. OR fax to (253) 584-9348.
      
*To avoid a delay in processing please do not submit your registration to both email and fax; please select one method.
  4. Once the registration staff at Pierce College at JBLM processes your registration form, you will be emailed a registration confirmation to include a receipt.

Add a Course

Be sure you are aware of drop and withdrawal dates located on the schedules.
