Dr. Campbell holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Temple University, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware.  He currently serves as the Interim President for Pierce College Puyallup.  Prior to his current position, Dr. Campbell held the position of Vice President for Learning and Student Success, Pierce College Puyallup.  Before beginning his career at Pierce, he served as the  Director - Office of Student Services, College of Science & Technology at Temple University, Assistant Director - Academic Support Center at Anne Arundel Community College, Director - Department of Student Services at The Art Institute of Seattle, and Academic Counselor, Senior at the University of Washington.

Rolita Flores Ezeonu, Ed.D.

Dr. Ezeonu holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education Community Colleges from Seattle University, a Master’s Degree in Communications from Washington State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Washington State University.  She currently serves as the Vice President of Instruction at Green River College in Auburn, Washington. Prior to her current position, Dr. Ezeonu held the positions of Interim Vice President of Instruction at Highline College, Dean of Instruction for Transfer and Pre-College Education at Highline College, and a Tenured Communication Studies Instructor at Highline College.

 

Alfred McQuarters, Ed.D.

Dr. McQuarters holds a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership from Oregon State University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master’s of Science Degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Howard University, and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Life Science/Molecular and Cellular Biology from Pennsylvania State University. He currently serves as the Vice President of Instruction for Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon.  Prior to his current position, Dr. McQuarters held the positions of Division Dean for Math, Sciences, Health, Physical Education and Career Technical Education at Portland Community College, Chair for the Biological Sciences Department at Malcolm X College and School of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois, and a Tenured Faculty Member in the Malcolm X College and School of Health Sciences, Chicago Illinois. 

Maria del Rosario “Chio” Flores, Ph.D.

Dr. Flores holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education and Administration from Washington State University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Eastern Washington University.  She currently serves as the Vice President for Student Services and Enrollment Management at Wenatchee Valley College in Wenatchee, Washington.  Prior to her current position, Dr. Flores held the positions of Assistant Dean of Students/Director of Cougar Money Management Program, Director of Financial Aid, Associate Director of Financial Aid, Assistant Director of Scholarship Services, Assistant Director of Admissions, and Client Services Coordinator at Washington State University.
 

Marshall T. Fulbright III, Ed.D.

Dr. Fulbright holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, a Master’s Degree in Orchestral Conducting from the University of California – Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Music Education and Conducting (Instrumental) from Chapman University.  He currently serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Grossmont College in El Cajon, California. Prior to this current position, Dr. Fulbright held the positions of Dean of Instruction (Arts & Humanities and Social & Behavioral Sciences) at Riverside Community College District – Norco College in Norco, California, Dean of Academic Services at the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California, and Instructor/Professor of Music at Long Beach City College in Long Beach, California.
