Joanne Factor, owner/ instructor at Strategic Living, LLC, has taught self-defense to people from ages 6 to 60. Her mission is to teach women (and other populations perceived as vulnerable) simple and effective life skills to increase their safety against violence and abuse. Self-defense should be an integral part of an empowered living strategy.
