Pierce College District Eleven recognizes the rights of students provided by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99).  The College has adopted procedures that ensure compliance with this law.
