Welcome to Pierce College! Our financial aid team is committed to making the financial aid process as transparent and understandable as possible. We are here to help, so please contact our office if you have any questions.

Current News

• Important Loan Information: Federal Direct Loan funding will not be initially awarded; you must complete a Financial Aid Loan Request Form to be awarded eligible loan aid.
• For funding for Summer 2026 through Spring 2027 please complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA or WASFA
• Please monitor your preferred email, ctcLink Message Center and To-Do lists for updates about the status of your awards.

Special Financial Aid Office Hours

The Financial Aid Office will be operating on a special schedule between Monday, September 14 and Friday, September 25. Regular office hours will resume Monday, September 28.

Fort Steilacoom and Puyallup

• Tuesday, September 15: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Monday, September 21 through Wednesday, September 23: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

JBLM

• Thursday, September 17: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Thursday, September 24: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Zoom

• Monday, September 14: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, September 24: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Financial Aid will be closed for processing Friday, September 25.
