Virtual Technology Assistance

Pierce College’s Student Technology Assistance Team (STAT) helps students access and better understand technology utilized at Pierce College. We are pleased to offer both in-person and online technology support to all Pierce College students. During all open hours, a friendly STAT member is available to help answer technology-related questions via our computer labs on both campuses or via our Canvas site.

In the STAT Canvas site, students will have access to our contact information, up-to-date FAQ tutorials in the modules section, along with many quick resource guides. STAT is currently working on expanding tutorials into multiple languages, which will be posted in the STAT Canvas space as they come available. Zoom Appointments

We understand that students can't always make it to campus, which is why we are now offering Zoom appointments for students wanting one-on-one support from a STAT Member. Students can request a Zoom appointment directly from our Canvas page or by emailing us.
