BASDH Program Application Checklist

1. Take the Admissions Test for Dental Hygiene (ATDH). The ATDH is required for application to the Program and offered year-round. Results are typically reported within three to four weeks of the testing date. Scores must be submitted to DHCAS by February 15.
2. Apply to Pierce College. Choose BASDH Degree in your application.
3. Request a Criminal History Background Check
   
   1. Request a criminal background check through Castle Branch.
   2. Once you have completed creating an account, in the “Place Order” field enter code: PH45
      The code is specific to the Pierce College BASDH program.
   3. If you have issues with the site, request assistance at the CastleBranch Help web page.
4. Follow the process for application to the program through DHCAS. The current fee is $50.
