New Employee Orientation

What Is NEO?

A centralized welcome, hiring paperwork, and benefits orientation session for part-time hourly, full-time classified, and administrative exempt employees. The first hour will consist of a welcome and hiring paperwork session for everyone. After that, part-time hourly employees will report to their departments for department-specific training and their first day of work. All full-time employees will then receive a health benefits briefing. Finally, classified employees will have 15 minutes at the end to hear from a WPEA union representative.

When?

Orientations are held twice monthly at both campuses and occur on the first business day of each pay period with two sessions held at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Note: Afternoon sessions are primarily reserved for employees who work in the afternoon.
