Pierce College at JBLM Degree and Diploma Applicants
Students should request an evaluation at the midpoint of their program. Students should submit their application for graduation once they are within two quarters of completion.
Please submit the Degree and Diploma Application once you are within two quarters of completion. We must have all official transcripts (Joint Services Transcript (JST), Community College of the Air Force, CLEP, DSST, prior college/university) on file prior to completing your application. It is the student's responsibility to ensure Pierce College has all official transcripts. Applications submitted without official transcripts on file will not be processed until all transcripts have been received.
The degree and diploma application may be submitted in person at the Pierce College at JBLM – Lewis Main office inside the Stone Education Center or the Pierce College at JBLM – McChord office inside the McChord Education Center. You may also submit the form via email at JBLMadvising@pierce.ctc.edu or fax it to 253-964-8635.
As a Pierce College student, you are encouraged to participate in the JBLM military graduation ceremony honoring all graduates from institutions represented at JBLM and throughout the military community. You are also encouraged to participate in the annual Pierce College commencement ceremony, which occurs in June.
