Group Visits

We are currently offering virtual and small in-person group visits. These are perfect for your Pierce College class or club, pre-K - 12 school group, homeschool group, or other private group.

In-Person Capacity Limits

Maximum capacity is 58.

Masks are encouraged. Please review our in-person conduct expectations before booking.

Virtual Field Trips

Virtual Field Trips to the Science Dome are perfect for your class, homeschool group, club, scout group, etc. No minimum or maximum number of participants, but please limit the students involved to one grade level at a time. We understand some homeschool and split classes may be multiple grades; please just let us know during booking.

Each Virtual Field Trip includes:

Cost is $25 per 40 minute field trip. (Pierce College groups are free.)

The default platform for virtual field trips is Zoom and you will be sent a meeting invite upon booking.  We can also accommodate Teams if you provide us a link.

Pierce College Class, Club or Group

The Pierce College Science Dome is available for your Pierce College class, club, group or department.  You can choose from our list of live presentation topics, fulldome videos (approximately 30 minutes each), bring in your own content, or be creative with using the space.  Contact Hillary Stephens at hstephens@pierce.ctc.edu to discuss options. 

Pierce College activities at the dome are always free.

In-person Field Trip

Take a field trip to the Science Dome with your pre-K - 12 class, homeschool group or other youth group (school club, scouts, etc.).  If your group does not fall into this category, you will need to book a Private Show instead. Each field trip is one hour in length and includes:
